Healthy January

For all the people who have put 'losing weight' down as one of their New year's resolution, here's  a very tasty and healthy alternative that will make an excellent breakfast!

Sunrise surprise!!!

Ingredients (4 servings):
1 1/4 cups apple juice
1 banana, sliced
1 kiwi, sliced
5 frozen strawberries
1 1/2 tsp honey

Combine the apple juice, banana slices, kiwi slices, frozen strawberries and honey and blend until smooth.

Nutritional information per serving:
87 calories
0.3g fat
0g saturated fat
22g carbohydrates
16.5g sugar
1.5g fibre
0.5g protein
